Terms and Policies

 

Fares:  Fares are point-to-point, unless otherwise indicated.  L & G Transportation uses zone pricing with a base zone fare of $45.00 and $10.00 for each additional zone entered.

Charters:  Charters will be charged on an hourly basis at a minimum rate of $45.00/ hour or portion there of, with a three (3) hour or more minimum.

Stand-by-Time:  Stand-by-Time is charged when a driver waits more than 15 minutes past the scheduled pickup time.  Stand-by-Time is charged at a rate of $15.00 per quarter hour or portion there of.  

Passengers arriving on delayed or canceled domestic flights of scheduled airlines will not be charged any additional amount, provided that L & G is able to confirm the delay or cancellation through the scheduled airline a minimum 60 minutes prior to scheduled arrival.  Arrivals from any international city, clearing Customs & Immigration at LAX, BUR, ONT, SNA, LGB will incur Stand-by-Time charges at the prevailing rate, 60 minutes after flight arrival if passenger has not made physical contact with the chauffeur.

Additional Stops:  Are charged at $20.00 per stop, if the stop is in a direct route (as defined by L & G) to the final destination.  If stops are not on a direct route, an additional $10.00 charge will be added for each additional zone entered.

Port Surcharge:  Service at all area ports will incur a minimum $5.00 port surcharge; scheduled, international arrivals only-minimum $20.00.

Meet & Greet Fees:  Passengers requesting to be met and greeted at the designated airline passenger arrivals area are subject to a Meet & Greet fee of a minimum $10.00.  (International arrivals will be meet at the US Customs designated arrivals area for the specific airline and/or flight.)

Parking & Toll Fees:  Parking, toll, and all other applicable miscellaneous charges will be collected.

Cancellation Charges:  L & G Transportation has a minimum twenty-four (24) hour cancellation policy for point-to-point fares.  Should you need to cancel a reservation we must be contacted at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.  Requests not made prior to the minimum twenty-four (24) hours will be charged the prevailing one way, full fare, excluding gratuity.   Charter cancellations require a minimum forty-eight (48) hour notice.   Requests for charter cancellations not made prior to the minimum forty-eight (48) hours will be charged at the minimum four (4) hour rate as quoted for the original reservation. All cancellations are subject to minimum $20.00 processing fee.
 
You must receive a cancellation number.


No Shows:  Parties no showing a confirmed point-to-point reservation will be charged a full one way fare ($45.00 minimum), plus applicable Port Surcharges and Meet & Greet Fees.  Passengers arriving on delayed or canceled domestic flights of scheduled airlines will not be charged any additional amount, provided that L & G is able to confirm the delay or cancellation through the scheduled airline or receive notification from the passenger a minimum 60 minutes prior to scheduled arrival.  Parties no showing a confirmed hourly charter will be charged the full charter rate as quoted: (4 hour minimum).

Acceptance of our terms are not conditional on your failure to have read and reviewed these terms prior to accepting confirmation and/or payment of a reservation.
